Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a reward, you must be a current HRM Construction customer. A reward is earned after your referral makes their first HRM Construction purchase.

You will receive a letter in the mail after each new customer referral purchases offering you two reward options.

Option A: A reward in the form of a check/Visa gift card/Amazon gift card.

Option B: A reward of HRM Construction credit towards a future project with us.

Reward letters are mailed out approximately 3 weeks after the contract date of the referral’s sale. Only one reward is earned per new customer referred. The referrer cannot be the owner for the referred property. Referral information must be received within one year of the contract date. Reward option must be selected within one year of reward letter mailed date.

HRM Construction credit cannot be applied to an existing contract and is only valid for new HRM Construction contracts within one year of certificate issue date. Only one HRM Construction credit can be redeemed per new contract. HRM Construction credit can be applied to the full house of siding or full roof replacement.

In the event of conflicting referrals, HRM Construction reserves the right to determine who receives rewards for such referrals. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn.

Referrals may be subject to verification by both parties. HRM Construction reward checks and certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed and/or expired. Recipients are responsible for all applicable taxes. Void where prohibited by law. All interpretations of program terms and conditions will be taken at the sole discretion of HRM Construction. HRM Construction reserves the right to change the rules, conditions, benefits, or rewards pertaining to the Refer a Friend Program, or terminate the program, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
